Driving efficiency with a fleet management portal
LeasePlan Canada manages financing and vehicle services for Amazon’s fleet, which grows by approximately 2,500 delivery trucks every year.
In partnership with Amazon and LeasePlan, we created an app to assist with onboarding, vehicle inventory management, and fleet management tasks such as scheduling maintenance or tracking fuel.
The portal also functions as a reliable reporting tool for Amazon to monitor their nationwide delivery fleet.

In partnership with Amazon and LeasePlan, we’ve created an app to assist delivery service providers (DSPs) with onboarding, vehicle inventory management, and fleet management tasks such as scheduling maintenance or tracking fuel.
The portal also functions as a reliable reporting tool for Amazon to monitor their nationwide delivery fleet.

We identified potential driver pain points and developed automated processes to address them. We built an intuitive interface and implemented a step-by-step onboarding process to guide DSPs through the program.

Combining multiple sources of data in one powerful app
To provide comprehensive tools for the full vehicle lifecycle and timely notifications, we combined data from LeasePlan’s data pool, Salesforce, Power BI, and Hubspot. This integration allows for a seamless user experience and the ability to generate powerful reports.
Integrating efficiency and money-saving features
As the cherry on top, we have integrated a vendor network locator into the portal to find fuel and maintenance vendors near Amazon hubs. This feature saves drivers tons of time and significantly increases vehicle availability.
