Source Office Furniture

Crafting a personable brand for a long-standing retail company

Source Office Furniture, a well-established office furniture provider with 12 stores across Canada, encountered a branding challenge due to its evolved business philosophy, expanded service offering and product range. Their identity no longer aligned with who they were. It was time to bring renewal to a 30-year-old brand.

To address this, we crafted a resonant brand story and platform, defining a clear value proposition, mission statement, and key messaging. We also designed a visually expressive logo and identity system to refresh and differentiate their brand, aligning with their contemporary vision and attracting both existing and new customers.

Revitalizing the Source Office Furniture brand

We spearheaded a rebrand for Source Office Furniture, aligning their visual identity with their current brand personality and offerings. This involved a brand audit, competitive analysis, and crafting a compelling brand story. We developed a brand platform, articulating a clear value proposition, mission, and key messages to convey their attentive service and product range. Central to this brand transformation was creating a new logo and identity system, visually capturing the essence of the new brand platform.

Enhancing Source’s visual and digital presence

We applied this new brand by creating dynamic print ad templates with bold colours and modern photography, redesigning crucial product catalogs. We also expanded the brand into the digital sphere, providing social media, website, and PowerPoint templates for a cohesive brand experience.

Their design team took the time to talk to our staff and understand our Company. They showed empathy and persistence in navigating resistance to the new brand due to emotional attachment to the legacy logo. They were organized, transparent and communicative throughout
the journey.
